Asg 5: Project 2 Research

Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art
This design is nice because it is simplistic and easy to find navigation elements. While the design is simple, it is also modern looking with strategic pops of color.

McGuffey Art Center
This design has information tabs at the top to make navigating the site easier: however there seems to be a lot of information in that small area, making it confusing. The color scheme is modern and clean looking.

Mayer Fine Art Gallery
This site is very simple, modern, and clean. The text is readable and navigation icons are clear and easy-to-use. The varied shades of gray make it interesting but professional.

Reynolds Gallery
This design is clean and simple like the others but seems to lack some interesting characteristic. It looks nice but I think it would be even better with a pop of color or varied fonts.

Quirk Gallery
I like the aesthetics of this webpage but there is almost not enough information present. It looks very modern, minimal, and clean.

Corcoran Gallery of Art
This site is straightforward with the navigation bar at the top highlighted by the pop of color. While the navigation bar is helpful, the page in all seems a bit busy and overwhelming. I can't quite decide where to focus when I look at the page.
